This charity performs life changing cleft palete repair surgeries for people for free. The surgery corrects a major deformity that marks children and adults and makes them vulnerable for ridicule which may ruin their self esteem and ultimately hold them back from realizing their full potential. There is nothing more rewarding than to receive before and after photos of the patients and see their radiant smiles, which says it all. It is very gratifying that even my small monthly contribution will result in the very low cost surgery. I encourage you to participate in supporting Smile Train and know that you are changing lives.
