Smile Train is a wonderful organization that provides free surgery to children with cleft. Along with my daughter, I participate in fundraising and raising awareness for Smile Train by hosting an annual "Mile For A Smile" walk every October in Ridgefield, CT. For just $250 a child's whole life can be changed with a 45min surgery - the before and after is amazing. My daughter and I appreciate the encouragement of Manager Caitlin Roarke and CEO Susie Schaefer who have a great spirit and are doing inspiring work.
