I have been donating to Smile Train for many, many years. When my grandson was born, there was another little boy born with a cleft palate. Since he was born in the United States, he wouldn't have a problem getting it fixed. It's not the same for kids, or even adults in many of the other countries, who cannot afford or even have access to having their clefts fixed.

I think Smile Train is helping kids who would have to go through life with their disfigurement, which causes a lot of physical and Mental pain to those children and their parents. Keep it up Smile Train. Gay Crawford
