I highly admire the valuable work that Smile Train does for children all across the globe. Imagine the many third world children starting their lives with cleft palates without families who can afford to get the necessary surgery to correct it. For a very reasonable fee doctors fly in, set up medical camps and perform the necessary surgeries to give them the babies and young children a bright and promising future. This is why I contribute to Smile Train each and every year. Leslie
