Smile Train is, in my estimation, a first rate organization. They neither clutter one's mailbox, nor do they use "gimmicks" to entice one's participation. They straightforward lay out the needs of children throughout the world and count on our sense of human decency to help suffering children. I'm proud to say that I have been able to donate and help a few children.
