I first learned of Smile Train when my brother donated in honor of my grandmother. After researching all that Smile Train accomplishes I knew I wanted to support their efforts. Knowing that Smile Train gives the gift of speech, ability to eat, ability to communicate and many more positive results, how could one not want to participate?
