When I first heard what smile train was doing, it touched my heart. What better way to improve the self esteem of a child than to fix there physical birth defect. I am sure it not only changes there appearance, but how they view other people. Just to know that there is someone who cares about them is monumental. Thank you Smile Train for what you do, and allowing me to do my small part. Kevin
