My wife and I have been donors to Smile Train for a number of years now. We are not rich and don't have money to throw to the 4 winds but when you see what you contribute can do to really change lives we have found it very worthwhile. With the doctors that volunteer and make the cost of these surgeries so low you know that what you give is making a priceless difference. Without this organization, these children would have to go through life with heartbreaking deformities that can be corrected. We believe in Smile Train and will continue to give. We can count the children we help every single year and it feels good.
