Our family adopted a black lab mix puppy in September 2013. He was a big puppy at about 9 weeks old, but very serene and loved to snuggle. He came with the name Woodson and we kept the name. Woodson has grown into one of the best dogs I have ever known. He still loves to snuggle his family, and he is best friends with a 6 year old boy who writes stories about him, takes him on adventures in the yard, and loves him so much! Our dog adoption experience with Labrador Rescuers in San Diego county was excellent, very professional and the volunteers truly have the best interest of the dogs in mind. We would definitely adopt from Labrador Rescuers again in the future.
