I am writing to commend St. Joseph's Indian School for many reasons. As a Montessori-trained teacher, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for children of all ages to find respect and love in their environment. They will blossom and learn when they experience this. I believe that St. Joseph's Indian School is the stepping stone for the Lakota children and gives them the stepping stone to success in their lives, and preserves their beautiful culture and traditions.
