Working with save the whales has been a great experience. Being able to teach the latino community has been eye opening experience for myself and the community memebers that we educate. Most of the parents and children that I have spoken to are thankful for informing them about the marine and terrestrial enviornmental concerns that we being to their attention.

Educating children about marine life was one the most first goals I set for myself and I appreciate Save the Whales for allowing me to accomplish this goal. In working with Save the Whales I was able to gain a greater respect for my Latin culture and Spanish language as I was able to communicate with the Latin community about pollution, pesticides, and La Vaquita as most of this information is not a central topic in our communities.
