Losing my only sons to prematurity was the the lowest point of my life. This wonderful nonprofit has helped transformed my grief to a source of strength. I have been able to volunteer and fundraise in my sons memory and help them create a legacy they aren't here to make for themselves. Missing GRACE Foundation not only hosts memorial events they provide GRACE Care Baskets while parents are still in the hospital with Baby including time sensitive information while still with your baby. Missing GRACE also facilitates support groups in addition to one on one phone and online support.

The Minnesota Hope & Hearts memorial event was created as the main fundraiser of the Missing GRACE Foundation and has become a meaningful annual event for families to come together to remember our babies.
