Review for Counterpart International, Inc., Arlington, VA, USA
I am Palwasha Saboori, CEO of Afghan Women Training and Development Organization (AWTDO). hereby I want to write one experience that I had with Counterpart International, I-PACS. in Aprill 2008 I attended in a training held by Counterpart I-PACS on Proposal Writting, it was so useful for my organization staff, even for myself. I trained my staff either on how to write a proposal comcept. later on in 2009 the staff in team work wrote many Proposals to many differend donors, but one of these proposals was accepted by the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany. the project which I designed in cooperation with my staff was to reconstruct the Khoshal Khan Kindergarten. before we implement the project, we found many problems of students that Nursery School on a survey basis. I, or my organization won the project I was so that students are benefiting from their improved learning environment in late December 2009.

I know Counterpart International helps CSOs to serve people in different areas, for instance, Counterpart International provide funds for the project, presented by CSOs that really benefits and improve peoples' life. on the other hand these trainings....
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I have learnt much more things from these training and used to serve people with it's funding, I want to participate in other trainings in 2010 either in order to design other Project to benefit the community.
