I trained my staff either on how to write a proposal comcept. later on in 2009 the staff in team work wrote many Proposals to many differend donors, but one of these proposals was accepted by the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany. the project which I designed in cooperation with my staff was to reconstruct the Khoshal Khan Kindergarten. before we implement the project, we found many problems of students that Nursery School on a survey basis. I, or my organization won the project I was so that students are benefiting from their improved learning environment in late December 2009.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

honest to me and my organization then to the commmunity.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Ways to make it better...

try more than now I am doing.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

hiring non-professional employees, they try it more and be careful about it.
