Myself and 7 other regustered nurses from Canada came to the clinic to volunteer for two weeks. We were greated by Ronnie who guided us through our time spent at the clinic. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The clinic itself is quite amazing. They do so much for their community with what little supplies and resources they have. They run multiple programs for the community such as nutrition and gardening which we were able to participate in. We were also able to get involved with the public health clinic in the region which was a great experience. I was most suprised by the public health clinic and how efficient and dedicated they are with vaccinations and maternal health, again, with what little supplies they have. All around I had a great learning experience and would do it again in a heart beat.
