My experience volunteering at the Roberto Clemente Health Clinic was excellent. I learned so much from the staff and community, and had so many unforgettable learning experiences that I will keep with me for the rest of my career. Ronnie was incredibly helpful and made sure we had a positive experience, and all the staff were welcoming, helpful, and just so wonderful. I loved getting to work out in the community at the public health centres and in the schools, and got a great taste of what it is like to work in a different country and health system. I was also so impressed by the amount that the clinic does to support the community, and the excellent care provided by the clinic. The clinic does so much for the people in this region, and I was really impressed by everything they do. Overall it was a fantastic few weeks!
