This non profit organization is a strong community resource. It offers excellent medical treatment in an area where the next closest option is a 45 minute drive. There are diabetic monitoring and education clubs and collaboration with local prenatal and pediatric health in the community. In addition to this primary focus, it also has additional community work on creating local gardens with education on how to maintain a flourishing garden in this climate. It also works in health education and hygeine within schools. There are additional programs on creating clean water that is accessible for the local people. This is a great clinic that has strong community and local ties, and is worth supporting in any capacity possible.
