It started out as "National Relief" which was shared with me through another department several years ago here at Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation, where they were conducting outreach and noticed that they were providing incentives to their consumers. Since then, I have been working with "Partnership With Native Americans" for all incentives and the incentives provided a token of appreciation to our consumers throughout all outreach that we have conducted in the Tuba City Service Unit. Our consumers greatly appreciated the items received and at times request for more especially out on the Navajo Reservation and surrounding areas that we service.
I truly thank you "Partnership With Native Americans" for all the services that they provide.
