Staff is extremely rude & unprofessional. Lots of power trips going on. Rules are very inconsistent & seem to be made up as they go along. Family involvement is not encouraged. Best way to get through the program is to tell then what you think they want to hear. Honesty is definitely not the best policy! Program itself has a lot of good training & information. Just very poorly executed.
