In my nearly three years with LCHT, I have been fortunate to hold many roles. I was an intern and hotline advocate, and now supervise the CoNEHT hotline. I also have the distinct honor of serving on their Board. LCHT's commitment to anti-oppressionist research and training surrounding human trafficking is unparalleled. They have seen tremendous growth over the years because they listen to and honor the experiences of the community, prioritizing service that is trauma informed and shaped by survivor voice. They build leaders in the anti-trafficking movement in astounding ways, and I feel privileged and humbled to be one of them.
