I have been a volunteer and a donor to adopt a rescue pet since 2008. I have never seen more people solely dedicated to the cause of helping find forever homes for homeless pets. I have been on the front lines with AARP and I have seen the work especially that Elizabeth and Naomi have done. I have countless stories of self sacrifice and dedication I could write about. Big shout out also to Cindy and Marshall who have for over 10 years volunteered at at adoptions almost every weekend they could have easily been doing something else. This organization deserves praise, respect and most importantly funding to keep going. AARP does the community an imprtant service by taking in the dogs that no one else would and finding them forever homes. I stand behind them 100% and always will
