I was a german volunteer worker for one year at Lukas and I have to say it was nice! The Community includes 4 houses in each live 4-residents , 2 co-workers and 2 volunteers.
The people who live there are so kind and it was fun to live and work with them.

The community has many different workshops, like gardening, cooking, working in the woodworkshop and much more, where the residents can help. My main task was it to help, teach and include the residents in their daily life and help in the household. On Holidays or Sundays there were also some outings with the house or with the whole Community, like having a bbq or going to concerts. It was a year with great experience and I still try to visit the community once in a while.
