About a year ago I was facing eviction as rents were raised much to high for me - I am disabled and Mae was there for me. I could not afford my life-saving medication, food and more.
I am usually the person that people come to for help and asking was not easy. Yet Martina and my Mae family got me through. I am forever grateful. Now I am in an affordable apartment and just making the best of life and continue to be active in the community.
