I am very fortunate to have been a part of the PPS team since 2016. The level of dedication and care provided for these monkeys is unlike any other.

Pacific Primate Sanctuary is an organization that always puts the monkeys in their care as top priority. I have been a part of the sanctuary for over 6 years and have seen the dedication and effort that is given by the team and feel honored to be a part of that team for as long as i have. The internship program is unlike any other, allowing the interns to fully immerse themselves in the day to day care of these remarkable individuals.

I have been a part of the Pacific Primate Sanctuary team for over 5 years. The level of individualized care the sanctuary provides is amazing, the team are all dedicated compassionate good-hearted people that make the sanctuary what it is. Seeing the monkeys living in such peace and tranquility each day still leaves me in awe of these extraordinary creatures. The sanctuary is a unique in all that it offers. The internship, where I started as a resident intern, is remarkable. Learning and living in the forest, being able to be a part of the monkey’s world is an experience unlike any other.
I am proud to be a part of such an amazing organization.

Pacific Primary Sanctuary is a truly remarkable place, where the monkeys housed are able to live out a natural and peaceful life. The many that have been rescued from laboratories, exotic pet trade and tourist attractions are now able to live out their lives in lush tropical enclosures that allow them to forage and hunt like they naturally would in the wild, living in peace and tranquility. Pacific Primate Sanctuary always have the needs of the primates as top priority, the monkeys are respected as the individuals they are and not seen as property. I am proud to be a part of the PPS team!

I am a resident intern here at Pacific Primate Sanctuary. This sanctuary is a place for the animals that are in our care to find true peace, to be able to live their lives of just being monkies, climbing, foraging, socialising, feeling the sunlight on their fur, freedom!
I am proud to be a part of this amazing organisation and to believe that "All beings are equally sacred."
