I attended an Orientation Session July 9th, 2015. From then on I knew that I found the right place to volunteer at. K9's for Warriors had just relocated to their new facility off Palm Valley Rd. Since that time I have met so many wonderful people who are dedicated to helping a Veteran be paired with a new best friend. The change the veteran goes thru once they team up with their K9 is absolutely amazing. Where else can you save 2 lives at one time?
Since starting at K9's my resume has grown to include part-time kennel staff, Ambassador helping to spread the mission of K9's for Warriors, and a Puppy Raiser helping to provide the next generation of service dogs for our warriors.
