Jessica White and AT THAT are amazing. I donate when I can to assist in her mission to save the distressed animals in her area of Southern West Virginia. Her story is unbelievable. That one woman can make it a priority in her life to care for so many dumped, neglected, abused or injured animals (mostly dogs), rehabilitate them and find rescues for them shows her dedication. Fortunately she has a great vet with a great team that shares her compassion. Her bills run into the thousands of dollars. She also has a terrific following that responds to her request a for help. Jessica and ARTBAR are remarkable. She and her rescuers are the most compassionate and unselfish people I know.
