My grandchildren made a donation to honor their 90 year-old great grandfather well before Christmas 2016. He had served as a Seabee on Okinawa during WWII and we thought he would be touched to have his heroic service to our country remembered by three generations of his family. With our online donation we were given the opportunity to electronically submit an enclosure note that would be sent directly to him by TGGF. It is now approaching 4 months since our donation and he has yet to receive the acknowledgment. Our donation, however, was processed within 24 hours. Needless to say, we are extraordinarily disappointed.
A donor acknowledgment was sent out to your 90-year-old great-grandfather for the 15.00 dollars his grandchildren made in his honor. The letter was autographed by six World War II veterans of The Greatest GENERATIONS Foundation to make it extra special. We are sorry for not meeting your expectations and are greatly displeased by your irresponsible review. We don't think it warrants a two-star rating from you.
