The Wild Animal Sanctuary is a magical place. While there, I have heard lions and tigers roar. Where else can you go and see a lion laying on its back, so comfortable in his expansive surroundings? What strikes me most when I visit is that you can almost sense the appreciation the animals feel. It's absolutely magical. My children (5 and 7) have decided for their birthdays they would like us to donate to The Wild Animal Sanctuary instead of getting toys.
