I have volunteered my time for Dentists for Veterans and discovered how passionate the Founder and Clinical Director, Dr. Charles Zahedi, DDS, PhD is to help veterans. I have personally seen how much of a difference the organization and Dr. Zahedi have made in the lives of many people in a short time that I have been volunteering. Many of our veterans contact the non-profit after being turned away from the VA even though they are suffering from pain and infection and lack confidence due to missing teeth. Dentists for Veterans has been able to help them smile again and I am proud to be a part of an amazing group of volunteers
