I have worked with the Assistance League of Omaha for the past 23 years, as they have generously supported our young teen parents by supplying incentives to stay in school, scholarships for furthering the post secondary education of teen parents, and by offering an inspiring celebration for those who graduate from high school. In addition, Operation Teen Parent has promoted literacy for young families by supplying books for school libraries and additional books for individual families to keep. Such help from the Assistance League of Omaha inspires our young parents to stay in school and provides excellent role models for a better life.
