I can not say enough great things about save the horses. I am never happier than when I am at the barn. Save the horses provides people and animals a happy place to be. I have learned so much since I started volunteering here. I have met the best people in my life here as well as the best horses. These animals have no reason to trust any humans ever again but with Cheryl's loving touch ( and the other volunteers) these horses learn to love and trust again. It's a beautiful thing to watch and I'm grateful to be part of it. My day is not complete if I do not go to the barn. Yes it is work but all the great people make it fun! Truely an amazing barn that has saved many people and animals❤️️ My best friend at save the horses is a goat named Roo. She was very sick when we got her but is doing well now. It has warmed my heart to be able to work and love this little girl. Tommy is just one of the many horses at save the horses. He has a story that would make you cry. He is very loving and sweet. He is still learning things and has become a lot braver now that he is being ridden and worked with more. These animals are loving and sweet.
