My family and I have lived in Alameda since 1989, and we feel blessed to live here. Shortly after the Naval Air Station closed at Alameda Point we thought that there was ample space, housing, and resources to be able to assist with the homeless in our area. People become homeless for many reasons, and 1 out of 4 are children, innocent in crisis. We are so glad that this NPO began and is doing some much good to take care of this critical area of need in our society!
