Great experience with Lab Rescuers! They assign a volunteer that comes to your house to ensure the dogs you meet are a good match for the living situation. In our case, Betina, responded to my emails day or night about dogs we either wanted to know more about or meet. We met dogs both at fosters' homes, our home and at a fundraiser event. We adopted a pup from Sandy and Tom who were nice enough to keep Jaxon for a few extra days after we adopted him so we could be off for several days when he first came home. There are a ton of people working behind the scenes to give these dogs the best possible chance for forever homes. Thanks for all you do Lab Rescuers!
