Pogo Park is bringing hope to a community that desperately needs it. People think of the Bay Area as a wealthy region, but there are overlooked pockets like the Iron Triangle in Richmond CA, where children have no place to play; where it's too dangerous to walk outside because of gang violence, and where the only option for kids is to be stuck inside their apartments. I'm thankful for the work of Pogo Park and hope the organization continues to run for a long time, for the sake of the community.
