First Chance Foundation is making a real difference in the lives of children who have been abandoned, abused, or neglected. They do more than just raise money to support other non-profits on the front-line of helping disadvantaged children. They seek out specific projects to ensure completion. They are great stewards of the financial resources their donors provide.
