GlobalMindEd is an organization whose time has come. Leaders from industry, education, technology, and government are addressing the obstacles faced by both First Generation students and underserved populations. It is through the collaborative Will of these diverse leaders that the doors of access and opportunity can open, thus infusing the workplace and the world with the intelligence and talent that is so vitally needed.
The GlobalMindEd Movement is an inspirational invitation to all who want to participate in supporting the vibrant, innovative, and healthy World we know is possible. Our time is now. As an attendee at the 2016 GlobalMindEd Conference, is was clear: this movement is the vehicle to galvanize the positive change our world needs and our emerging leaders and citizens deserve. It is for these reasons that I nominate GlobalMindEd to receive the 2016 Nonprofit Top-Rated Award.
