Review for Impact Austin Foundation, Austin, TX, USA
When I found Impact Austin I had been searching for another challenge in my life - something that would satisfy my need to volunteer, to be more engaged in my community, and to be intricately involved in the works of a good organization. I found all of that and much more. I found a group of incredibly smart, talented and savvy women who truly care about making positive changes in their community. I found an organization that has a stellar reputation in the non-profit community in Austin and the surrounding area. I found a progressive organization that operates ethically and lives its mission and values and continually strives to be better. I’ve learned more about my community and myself than I ever dreamed possible, I’ve made some wonderful friendships, and I’ve been able to utilize my talents and skills in a way that I know make a distinct difference. I’m so very grateful for the opportunity to be a member of Impact Austin because it has truly changed my life for the better.
