My Nonprofit Reviews

I have volunteered and coordinated the volunteer group from my church since 2008. We have worked on several new home projects: two in Glendale, one in Monrovia, and now in Pasadena. We've also worked on three local brush with kindness home improvement projects. My experience has been rewarding beyond measure and has grown over the years. Workdays are well organized and welcoming. If you don't know anything about construction or if you have a lot of experience, you are part of the team. Working alongside the future homeowners is always a highlight. Many of us have gotten to know the construction supervisors and other staff members. In addition to working on construction sites, some of us have also volunteered in other ways, at events or on committees.
As a volunteer and donor, as well as a someone knowledgeable about the business of nonprofits, it would be hard to find a more deserving or financially responsible nonprofit in which to invest your money or time.
