Charlotte Cocker Rescue of NC, Inc. is one of the best rescues you could find around. The persons who wrote this nasty not true review below is telling bunch of untruths, the fake post was posted by the rescue group Heart to Heart Cocker Rescue who is shut down. Please folks do not take that post as a legitmate complaint as there is not truth to it. Search your facts, you can check the vet information on Charlotte Cocker Rescue by contacting them, you can see they file their taxes yearly, and each and every adopter gets written access to what they spend on the dogs they adopt. They do not profit off animals. Instead we have seen them put thousands in some of the dogs trying to get them medically ready. We have known this orgization for years and would continue to support them. We are just shocked how a rescue as this has been hurt by some one slandering their good name and trying to cast doubt when the bad rescue Heart to Heart has been shut down, check Oldies But Goodies Cocker Rescue for the barn of horror 46 dogs it is all over the internet from the summer of 2015. Shame on these people there was no such Landis this was a fake post look a the date same date with the post of the bad rescue right below it. Doesn't that say something? Rating: 1 stars April 9, 2016 Dona Carpenter is a horrible crap bag of a person who is an animal abuser she finds and sells dogs in the name of animal rescue. I have asked to see copies of their financial several times and is within the legal rights of a donator and i have been ignored time and time again. Also the website says that they are Incorporated organization which mean they ARE FOR PROFIT! as in SELLING ANIMALS FOR PROFIT! DO not donate, or give anything to this COMPANY that sells for profit. Rating: 5 stars April 9, 2016 Wonderful Rescue! People listen to to much drama and they don't look at the facts. Fact is that people are small minded and the listen to people who are crossed and lack perspective. For instance Mary Dickerson-Goldman has been sued by Heart to Heart Rescue for theft of animals and because she drives a truck and has no real home, they can not get her into a courtroom. The Barn that people have mentioned has under the control of the caretaker Victoria Whiting who abandoned the property and left without notifying the rescue of her actions, Victoria Whiting endangered those animals and if they were not clean or feed she didn't clean them or feed them. To much faith in that person is all that the rescue is guilty of, if this wasn't the case i am sure the police or government would have turned something up to charge other people with and so far Victoria Whiting is the only person who has had charges brought against her. Get your facts right. and Rescue on Kim! Role: General Member of the Public
