I learned about Acres of Love several years ago when my sister took a trip to South Africa to meet with some of the Forever Families this organization supports. It was life changing for her and it rubbed off on me, too. The children who have been placed in these amazing families would most likely have died without the intervention of this group. They are the orphans which were passed over by the system. But because every life matters, Acres has rescued so many and given them a chance; not just at life, but an abundant life filled with loving care, and nurturing! These children are thriving and will make a difference as they grow into adulthood because of the work done by Acres of Love.
