I visited CARE in the summer of 2016. I was extremely impressed by the amount of love and compassion the volunteers have for all of the animals. The compound and animals are well cared for and maintained. Although I didn't get to meet Heidi, I did meet Derek and he was wonderful, just like in his videos and vines. I've never been to a place like this before and can only hope everyone has the opportunity to visit!
