Review for Milwaukee Urban Garden Inc, Milwaukee, WI, USA

Milwaukee Urban Gardens has helped to set up a community garden in my neighborhood which has brought together the neighborhood. They are a great lease holder for the space and are working to integrate people of all backgrounds together all across Milwaukee. In addition they have done a great job promoting educational opportunities for people involved.

the community and the number of people that have come together to make the garden.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

help to make it grow and be able to reach out to more people.

Role:  Client Served & I have a plot in a community garden set up by M.U.G. and will be attending a class they are helping to sponsor.
 

Review for Urban Ecology Center Inc, Milwaukee, WI, USA

They are an amazing group of energized people who have excellent knowledge and are really helping to revitalize once loved parks that have fallen by the wayside. I loved learning about and foraging for food in the woods. I have also eaten a good many great potlucks there.

my new knowledge of the outdoors and my ability to access and enjoy them.

Role:  General Member of the Public & I have come here many times to borrow cross country ski equipment, canoes, as well as recently learning about wild edible plants.
