I first reached out to TCAF when my son was diagnosed and going through treatment in 2014/2015. I received an hour long phone call with support and information and also received educational information to distribute to area schools and doctor's offices. Recently when the founder, Kim Jones, learned we would be vacationing near her she scheduled a trip to meet us and our son. The support we have received from TCAF has been outstanding--very sensitive, very kind, and very personal. Unbelievable support.
