It is important for people to know that although this facility is under a non-profit status it is being managed by a for-profit company. Sequel Youth and Family Services. So although this may not be illegal-yet it is clearly unethical with dollars given to the chairman and CEO of Sequel before invested in the students, staff, and program first. This program had been second to none until the change in leadership in late 2008 and the for-profit management now it is struggling to survive.
