My name is Marcela. I worked in my country as teacher and secretary. I started working in this country cleaning houses for a very low rate. I got a business certification that was not enough... I was very depress then I found the Stride Center. I had to wake up at 3 am for homework. Go to school. Continue cleaning houses... The Stride Center changed my life and impacted extraordinarily positive my family. After my first A+ certification I was scared about start working in the IT field. They offered me just a volunteer position. Then they proposed me a 3 months internship that became a year internship. Then they "pushed me" to start working as contact center agent...I was scared again because to provide technical support over the phone scarred me more than any thing in my life!...Then they assigned me the Contact Center billing department....I got my last certification as CCNA. Then they proposed me the enrollment associate position.... after six months I am the Enrollment Manager at the Stride Center. According that old video interview... I was thinking that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I discovered that my passion always had been to provide support to the ones that most need it. Today I consider the Stride Center as my own business that allows me support others to brake their own barriers as I was helped, and make them success and been self sufficient.
