This is the cleanest and most well cared for shelter i have EVER been to. You can genuinely feel the love the staff has for every single animal in their care. The cages, and runs were spotless. The cats are all free roaming in the House of Cats, so you get to see their personalities. I recommend anyone to go to Tri-County and find their new best friend!
