Woodlands Wildlife Refuge does an incredible job of protecting animals from an otherwise uncertain future. People bring in all kinds of injured and abandoned animals, and no critter is turned away. I am so amazed at the tireless work that they do. This year, I believe that they have cared for over 1,000 animals who came to them with various injuries and illnesses. It is so heartwarming to know that people like this exist. Their compassion of animals is endless and I am happy that I have gotten to know some of the staff. Wishing them continued success and support.
