I came into the org as a teacher with some classroom experience. CityScience has helped me grow as a teacher, project manager, and leader. With just the right balance of freedom and direction, Thor and Matt have led me but also let me take me the lead on some projects. There's a team spirit atmosphere and every member of the team is important and valued.
