ESR self sufficiency program assisted me with going back to school. I enrolled in the CNAI program and received my CNAI certificate. I took the Nurse Aide I state board exam and received my license. I increased my income from $8.25(PCA) to $10.25 as a CNAI. Thank you so much ESR!!!

ESR assist client who are interested in furthering their education in order to obtain better employment . Obtaining better employment and increasing hourly wages helps the client to become self-reliant.

ESR is moving forward in helping clients become financially stable through financial education classes. The classes offer budgeting, learning how to track household spending , create monthly budget to monitor expense cost. Client are learning how to understand credit, lower debt and increase credit score.
