I've dealt with United States Veterans Initiative to help place two veterans in units in my complex. I won't say that the service was flawless, but there was never a doubt in my mind that the staff at USVI in PHX was dedicated to the achievement of securing housing for the vets. The two tenants I now have as a result have been models. They are honest, hard working, and respectful residents in our community
