Playworks is developing young leaders in elementary schools who promote a culture of empathy, caring, respect, and fun in school environments. Junior coaches look out for the other students, resolve conflict on the playground, and help eliminate bullying. The organization encourages the same qualities and culture among its staff and board. I am proud to be a part of and supporter of Playworks!
